Lauren Bacon

Lauren Bacon is a Cape Town–based padel coach and competitive player with a strong background in tennis. She played tennis at a national level as a junior before spending 10 years coaching in the United States, developing a deep understanding of high-performance training and player development.

After transitioning to padel, Lauren quickly established herself in the sport, playing over 500 matches and combining her extensive tennis coaching knowledge with specialized padel training. This unique blend of experience has shaped her coaching philosophy and helped her guide players to improve strategically and technically.

Today, Lauren competes among the top-tier ladies in South Africa and is ranked within the top 10 in the Western Cape, while continuing to grow the game through coaching and competition.
