Richard Lewis
Founder
Ricky Lewis is a transformative leader in the padel industry, driving the sport’s rapid ascent to mainstream popularity within a mere four years. As the co-founder and Managing Director of Everything Padel in South Africa, Ricky, along with partners Elian Wiener and Adam Fine, has positioned the company as the authorised distributor for adidas Padel, LOK sport and other premier brands in Southern Africa.
In addition to his role in South Africa, Ricky is a prominent figure in the international padel community, having co-founded Everything Padel in Australia & New Zealand.
He plays a crucial role at Virgin Active Padel Clubs, serving as Director and overseeing the establishment of community-focused clubs—16 in South Africa and 2 in the UK—with ambitious plans for further expansion.
Ricky’s entrepreneurial vision encompasses more than just distribution; he is actively involved in global initiatives, including the development of a 20-court padel and pickleball facility in Canada under the brand of CourtX. His commitment to making padel accessible and engaging has reinforced his standing in the sport.
With a mission to foster growth at both local and global levels, Ricky is dedicated to building brands and vibrant spaces where enthusiasts of all skill levels can connect, enjoy, and thrive—reshaping the future of padel one court at a time.
Simon Robinson

I’m Simon Robinson, General Manager of Everything Padel. I’ve loved sport my entire life, but padel has taken things to another level. It’s fast, social, competitive—and completely addictive. I wish I’d discovered it sooner.
With a background in business and operations, I’m committed to growing padel across South Africa by making world-class products and service accessible to clubs, retailers, and players. Whether it’s building strong relationships or finding the right solutions for our partners, I’m all in.
And yes—if there’s a game going, I’m always ready to hit the court. Purely for research, of course.
Elton Chikwanha
Brand Manager
I’m Elton, and I manage our brands to ensure they are consistently and effectively represented. My main line of focus is to ensure that Everything Padel brands are well marketed at point of purchase this includes but not limited to Merchandising, Display Merchandising, instore branding, product training and demo activations. With nearly a decade of experience in marketing, I bring a wealth of knowledge to my role.
Since 2022, I have been involved in the padel industry, which gives me a unique understanding of our market and general operations. In addition to my professional life my greatest passion is my family.
Julene Odendaal
Head of Operations and Administration
I am Julene Odendaal, Head of Operations and Administration at Everything Padel. I have a strong passion for delivering excellent client service and ensuring that the daily operations of the business run smoothly and efficiently. With a hands-on leadership approach, I guide and support our team to consistently provide professional, reliable service. My focus is on streamlining processes, maintaining high standards, and ensuring every client interaction reflects our commitment to excellence. My goal is to ensure our clients receive fast, accurate, and top-quality service as we continue to grow and supply the best padel products across South Africa.
Cameron Joubert
Admin and Operational Assistant
I am Cameron Joubert, currently serving as the Admin and Operational Assistant at Everything Padel. With a background in marketing, administration, and client service, I strive to ensure that all customer orders are processed efficiently and communicated clearly to our clients. Since joining the Everything Padel team, I’ve been introduced to the exciting world of padel tennis and am inspired by the energy and passion the sport brings. I’m looking forward to challenging myself and stepping onto the court soon!
